Charbel Tannouri Orthopedic center was set up in 1988 to provide dedicated, high- tech prosthetic and orthotic services for private patients. However, our history as a company and as a service dates back far longer than that.

History:

  • Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics in Bales Switzerland in 1981.
  • Started providing prosthetic and orthotic care to private individuals since 1981, in addition to a long dedication treating the handicaps of war in Beit Chabab Centre for Handicaps in Lebanon.
  • Followed training courses on various techniques at Pierre Botta prosthetic
  • Participated in the “Lebanon Rehabilitation Leadership Program” in the World Rehabilitation Fund in Cyprus in 1984.
  • Participated in the “14th Scientific Congress of Prosthetics and Orthotics” in Bienne and Strasbourg in 2010.
  • Member in the International Society for Prosthetic and Orthotics (ISPO) since 1994
  • Established the private centre “Orthopedic Centre Charbel Tannouri” in Lebanon since 1996.

Our team is highly experienced in providing high-quality services to patients, prescribing and custom fitting the best range of prosthetic and orthotic equipment available to optimize our patient quality of life. We provide all our customers with expert advice from an extensive range of healthcare professionals, including specialist in prosthesis, orthotics, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and renowned rehabilitation consultant.

Our prosthetic service is highly specialized for amputees including assessment, fitting and training for patients with upper and/or lower limb amputations.
